PRIMARY DUTIES:
DOCUMENT AND UPDATE CUSTOMER INFORMATION IN PROPRIETARY CRM SYSTEMS FIELD GENERAL INQUIRIES AND PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CLIENT SOLUTIONS INTERACT AND DIALOGUE WITH CONSUMERS AND DEALER-CLIENTS VIA TELEPHONE AND EMAIL VERIFY ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SET AND CALENDAR APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM SALES OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEALER-CLIENTS EXHIBIT EXCELLENT JUDGMENT AND DISCRETION WITH COMPLEX CONSUMER FINANCE SCENARIOS AND CONSUMER INFORMATION.
